A reputed Therapy and rehabilitation company is looking for a Rehabilitation Manager to head their facility in Redding, CA.
Qualified candidates must be dynamic individuals with demonstrated success in a Rehab Management position. Must be a licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist.
The Rehab Manager is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, coordinating treatments, schedules, and promoting results oriented patient care.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* Graduate from an accredited program for Therapy
* Must possess and maintain current state or national certification and/or licensure in accordance with the state-specific practice.
* Must possess problem-solving skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
* Must demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.
* Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Must be able to relate professionally, positively and cooperatively with patients, patients’ family members and facility staff.
* Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
* Must meet all local health regulations; pass post-offer drug test, background check and post-offer employment physical exam if required.
* Must be capable of performing essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
* Must have own transportation to travel between sites as needed.
* Must possess computer skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish specific job duties and assignments.
* Must meet Clinical Competency requirements upon hire and as needed.
