Requirements for working for Onsite Health:
• Minimum of 2+ years experience practicing dentistry
• Ability to perform the following: exams, amalgams, composites, root canals, extractions, full mouth debridement
• Valid Wyoming Dental license
• Valid malpractice insurance
• Valid CPR card
• Prefer DEA # for prescriptions
