Operating Room Manager who can bring in fresh and innovative ideas, be an excellent mentor and resource person, manage a 17 suite OR in a 400 bed Level ll Trauma Center.
Hospital: 400 bed Magnet Status Level ll Trauma Center
Location offers: excellent schools, safe community, affordable housing, entertainment, large selection of restaurants, shopping and a great place to call home.
FTE's: 69 including RN's, Surgical Techs, Anesthesia Techs, OR Assistants and Unit Secretaries.
OR rooms: 17 they do approximately 600 procedures a month, primarily ortho/neuro/trauma.
TX RN license , BSN, MSN preferred, CNOR a plus.
BLS, ACLS Certifications
2 years O.R. management experience
