Registered Dietitian needed to consult part-time (8 hours per quarter) in a Long Term Care facility located in Crandall Corporate Dietitians will provide consultation and support with sanitation, meal service, menu compliance, with an emphasis on nutritional assessments. Training and materials are provided. Standard market rate for consultant dietitians offered. Must be able to visit community during normal business hours (Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00).
As a subcontractor you must carry personal liability insurance. Must have current CDR, state licensure (if applicable) and current TB test.
Minimum of 1 year long term care experience preferred but not required.
